Lining Plates & End Panels

Strike Plates
A strike plate gives a good surface for your doors to butt up to and can also even out any irregularities in the wall surface of your opening.
If you want to use a strike plate at one or both wall ends then we will take this into account based on the opening sizes you have provided. (We make an allowance of 18mm for each strike plate you require.
Strike plates are usually over 2600mm long x 90-135mm wide x 15-18mm thick and can be trimmed to suit your opening.

Base Plates
If you want to use a base plate to ensure a good surface for the bottom track (if you are going onto carpet for example) then we will take this into account based on the opening sizes you have provided. (We make an allowance of 18mm for a base plate).
Base plates are usually over 2600mm long x 90-135mm wide x 15-18mm thick and can be trimmed to suit your opening.

End Panels
End Panels are used to provide and end point for your wardrobe if, for example, you are only working off one wall.
End panels are usually over 2600mm long x 610-680mm wide x 15-18mm thick and can be trimmed to suit your opening.

Fitting Your Doors

How Your Order is Managed
When you place your order we issue you with an order confirmation and your order is in progress. Our goal is timely fabrication and delivery of your doors. At the earliest stage we contact you to arrange a mutually agreed time for us to deliver you doors set.
Our goal is to provide you with a quality product according to the design and sizes you have specified in a timely manner with friendly and efficient service.
We recognize that we both have statutory rights, you as a buyer, us as the product provider. The placing of an order expresses acceptance of our terms of business.

Full payment is usually required at time of order.
All items included within an order are detailed upon confirmation of an order.
All prices shown include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the statutory rate
Our doors are made to measure, most other items are, for good reason, provided oversized for trimming to requirement on site. These other items, although specifically oversized in one dimension for good reason, are made to measure with regard to most functional requirements. Confirming an order means that you accept these goods are made to measure.
Although we provide detailed instructions on how to measure, we cannot be held responsible for measurement mistakes made by our customers.

Please inspect your order upon delivery as we are unable to accept claims for breakages, scratches or other damage after delivery.
Our driver will wait while you check the items in your order and we require the goods to be signed for as inspected and confirmed to be in good condition and fit for purpose.
If you are not receiving the goods personally then the person checking and signing is doing so on your behalf with regard to confirming the goods condition and fit for purpose.

Our drivers or third party delivery specialists are generally helpful, courteous and happy individuals.
Delivery is to the ground floor of the property and doors are placed standing or on their sides (not flat on the floor). It is best to ensure adequate space to receive your doors.
Tracksets are usually placed with the doors but for larger openings the top and bottom tracks can be quite long and may need to be placed elsewhere.
Flats and other multi-storey buildings - drivers are only insured to deliver to ground floor of the building. Please ensure that a capable person will be on hand to help our driver with the delivery if necessary.
If an item is damaged but has been signed for we cannot be held responsible for the cost of any replacement items.
Lead times for delivery are subject to change without notice and although we generally have an excellent record in order fulfilment, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays incurred by external delivery companies.
Our products should be treated with care. We advise you not to place products on hard surfaces such as concrete or tiles but use timber batons or carpet on the floor and wall the products are stored on/against.

If there are any aspects of materials or workmanship that are not right then we will replace or repair. If you are not happy with your goods because they do not fulfill our contract and we are unable to repair or replace them then you are entitled to a refund. Return carriage costs cannot be refunded. Material dimensions and images provided on the website are for guideline purposes only and specific order details are summarised in order confirmations which, where relevant, refer to specific written statements on the website.
We aim to supply our products in a timely manner following order confirmation, Usually within 30 days. We will contact you to arrange a convenient time for delivery of your made to measure doors or other items. If there is a problem with delivery schedule we will get in touch with you to inform you: the reason why and what will be done.
If you need to modify your order we will do this where possible. However, since your doors are made to measure, it is not possible to do this once manufacture has begun.
We quote a standard delivery charge to most mainland locations. Certain areas may incur a slightly higher charge which will be advised at the time of order.
Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

Exceptions - customised goods specifically made to order
All goods which can be purchased directly from Your Style Doors using the standard ordering process above are covered by the statutory right to cancellation within seven working days, with the exception of bespoke custom items which have been made to your specification. These items are generally only produced after close consultation with you to ensure your satisfaction, and will be handled by a direct commissioning process.
Defective Goods and Items Damaged in Transit

Carefully and securely pack the items in suitable packaging to prevent damage during return transit. If possible, return the original packaging.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting and keep it safe.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods lost or damaged in transit it is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods.
